We had a wonderful stay at Sycamore Villa. The apartment was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed, including a laundry. It was perfect for our family with children, who particularly enjoyed the games and free Wifi. The extra heating in the bedrooms made it cozy and comfortable. Ken, the owner, was great at staying in contact to ensure everything was okay. The location was convenient, only a 15-minute walk to the city center. excellent value for money.
Would recommend this hotel.

We loved ironing facilities, a work desk and a DVD player in the room. Stunning and peaceful setting, views of inner courtyard. It was a pleasure to meet Ken, the owner, everything was perfectly fine.

As a satisfied guest at Sycamore Villa, our stay was wonderful. The combination lock on the front door was a splendid idea, eliminating the need for keys. The villa itself was comfortable and the bathroom/shower were really nice. The outdoor area was a great feature, which would be fabulous in the summer. The bedrooms were a good size and felt roomy, and the villa was always lovely and warm. Being just a short drive away from the city, we enjoyed the peaceful and quiet location.

I keep coming back to Sycamore Villa because it has everything I need - free Wi-Fi, a parking spot, a dryer, and an electric kettle. The staff even offered me a hot drink on my first stay. Can't wait to return for Christmas!

The apartment was mind-blowingly spacious, clean, and well stocked. It was located in a quiet area surrounded by trees and native birds, yet close to all amenities. The hosts were super attentive without being pushy. We loved sitting on the deck in the evening, listening to the bird life. The property had good heating, free Wi-Fi, and a smart TV. The bathroom was very modern, although the automatic lights were a bit strange. the price-quality ratio was jaw-droppingly amazing. We will definitely be back!

We loved the peaceful and quiet location surrounded by beautiful trees. the apartment was well-equipped and clean with the bonus of having Netflix. the check-in process using the code entry system was smooth and hassle-free. the host, Ken, was very thoughtful and checked in with us to ensure our happiness. It was an ideal location for us as it was only a 5-minute drive to downtown Dunedin.
Felt completely satisfied, no reason to complain.
